Sujit Choudhry is a renowned professor of law at I. Michael Heyman. Previously, he served as the Dean of Berkley Law. In his comparative law research, Sujit has taken an angle of constitutional design as a transitioning tool from authoritarian to divided societies. He has also zeroed in on constitutional design to manage the shift from violent conflict to peaceful politics.
